Current Issues
- The scale on the inner wall of the boiler prevents heat from being transferred to the water in time, causing local overheating of the metal pipe. The pipe wall is prone to bulging, deformation, cracking, and even bursting. At the same time, the thermal conductivity of scale is much smaller than that of metal. 1mm thick scale can cause the thermal efficiency of the boiler to reduce by 10%-20%.
