Artificial Zeolite Catalytic Combustion Technology
Current Issues
- Chemical raw materials such as oil, adhesives, organic solvents, solvent-based paints and thinners used in the production workshop will produce organic gases (VOCs) such as butyl tetramethylol acetate, dimethyl glycol ether, ethylene glycol, etc.
Therefore, it is necessary to build new organic waste gas treatment facilities to ensure that the factory’s operating waste gas emissions meet emission standards.
Improvement Methods
- Artificial zeolite adsorption concentration + CO catalytic combustion (or RCO regenerative catalytic combustion) is used to treat VOC organic waste gas.
Technical Introduction
- Relatively high treatment efficiency, VOC treatment efficiency >30%
- Zeolite desorption regeneration, can be reused for 3~5 years
- Decomposition without flame, low energy consumption SAFE
- Heat resistant up to 300°C
Key Benefits
- Highly efficient concentration of 80-90% of waste liquid, reducing the amount of outsourced waste liquid and significantly reducing the treatment cost to about 1/10;
- Automated intelligent operation (no need for personnel on duty, fully automatic and continuous operation), low operation and maintenance workload;
- Negative pressure fully enclosed working state to ensure no gas leakage
