Case Study and Results (I) Japanese-owned Electronics Factory in Panyu, Guangdong

Customer Name

  • Guangdong Panyu Japanese Electronics Factory

Time

  • March 2022

Project Background

  • The main components of VOC waste gas in our plant are methanol, ethyl acetate, butanone and toluene. The current waste gas treatment process using spraying and activated carbon adsorption is inefficient, so we installed a set of artificial zeolite adsorption concentration and catalytic combustion (CO) combined process waste gas treatment facilities. The system is designed to treat an air volume of 80,000 m/s.

Results

  • Test results from a third-party agency show that the average VOC removal rate of the waste gas treatment facility is 90.4%, and waste gas emissions meet standards. The estimated annual VOC emission reduction is 31,731 kg. The device has a high degree of automation, is easy to operate, has stable and reliable technology, and a wide range of adaptability, making it suitable for the treatment of organic waste gas from circuit board production.
