Sewage
Current Issues
- Pipeline blockage is a common operation and maintenance problem in the transportation of sewage and high-salt water, which is mainly caused by various factors such as solid sediments, mineral crystals and biofilms. These blockage problems seriously affect the pipeline’s transportation capacity and operating efficiency.
Improvement Methods
- Through the electromagnetic wave water treatment system, the scale and bacteria problems can be solved in the long term
Technical Introduction
Calcium and magnesium ions in water produce mineral hard scale under the influence of temperature or pressure changes, which accumulates on equipment and pipelines, affecting heat exchange efficiency and pipeline flow, resulting in reduced production efficiency and increased costs.
The “Electromagnetic Wave Descaling” technology generates continuous high-frequency oscillation signals, which changes the scale from the original hard calcite scale with heat-insulating properties to loose aragonite soft scale, making it impossible for hard scale with high heat-insulating properties to form, maintaining high heat exchange efficiency and water flow for a long time, allowing the equipment to maintain a high-efficiency operating level, improving production efficiency and reducing operating costs.
The “electromagnetic wave descaling” technology applies an electric charge to any particles or bacteria that flow through the ferrite ring of the equipment. The electric charge attracts water molecules to form a “wetting layer” or “hydration layer” around the bacteria, thereby increasing the osmotic pressure inside and outside the cell wall. The pressure difference causes a large number of water molecules to enter the cells, bursting the cells and achieving the purpose of removing moss and bacteria.
The electronic descaling device is installed on the water pipe (metal or PVC). No facilities need to be modified during the process and production operations will not be affected.
Key Benefits
- Reduce fluid blockage in pipeline equipment and improve transportation efficiency by 20~50%;
- Reduce maintenance labor and extend equipment service life;
- No need to use chemicals for cleaning, reducing wastewater and water consumption
