Project Background
- The verified oil well is a high-mineralization, wax-prone oil well. There is serious accumulation of paraffin and calcium carbonate scale in the downhole tubing and casing. Hot well washing and other measures are required to remove the wax once a month, and production must be stopped for 2 days each time, which reduces oil production efficiency, increases maintenance costs, and pollutes the environment.
Renovation Plan
- The electromagnetic wave descaling device is installed on the oil pipeline of the oil well, and continuously covers all the connected pipeline systems underground and on the ground of the oil and gas well with high-frequency electromagnetic field signals, interfering with the salt and paraffin that form scale, so that they form loose structure small particles when they precipitate and are discharged with the produced crude oil, effectively avoiding wax and scale accumulation and blocking the well, and improving the well opening rate;
Test Method
- Before and after the descaling device is installed, crude oil samples are taken at the wellhead for analysis, and crude oil production and maintenance data are collected;
Results
- Before installation, the oil and gas wells were required to be hot-washed and wax-removed every month to improve the continuously declining oil production; two months after installation, the oil production was stable, and hot-washing and wax-removal were not performed. The power diagram did not show load vibration caused by wax deposition, and the current remained stable and normal;
- Hot well washing and wax removal were not implemented for two months, reducing the downtime for maintenance by more than 4 days and increasing oil production efficiency by more than 7%;
- Prevent the formation of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate hard scale on the inner wall of downhole pipe and casing, with an effective range of up to 1800 meters (pump depth);
- It has a certain cleaning effect on the carbonate scale and paraffin formed over a long period of time;
