Technical Introduction
- Low-temperature distillation technology is one of the mainstream technologies currently widely used internationally. It controls the maximum evaporation temperature of wastewater to no more than 30°C and the wastewater recovery rate can be as high as 95%. The low-temperature evaporation system is the main technical means for treating small amounts of hazardous waste liquid abroad due to its stable safety performance, low energy consumption and no exhaust gas emissions. It is currently the mainstream advanced technical method internationally.
- The waste liquid is treated by low-temperature vacuum distillation. The waste liquid evaporates and boils at 30 degrees under a vacuum state of -0.099 MPa, avoiding the occurrence of high-temperature chemicals boiling together, ensuring that the quality of the recycled water meets the standards and is stable. After low-temperature vacuum distillation and condensation treatment, the industrial waste water is separated into 10-20% concentrated waste liquid and 80-90% qualified recycled water.
